We now hold shares in the new company, therefor we still own exactly what we owned before.....NO DILUTION.......YOU ARE WRONG.....However there will be dilution when Medinah Gold begins to issue more shares, which i fully expect them to ,because they will need additional capital to prove up the other properties that WE STILL OWN. And as they begin to prove up more properties the stock price will rise or fall accordingly..That is how it is done and you very well know that, so go and try to scare someone else........GOOD BYE
