Sheehan: Gold Star moms are "Brainwashed murder and mayhem moms"

To those who haven't seen it, Cindy Sheehan maintains a 'dairy' at the Daily Kos (I know, that comes as a stunning surprise I'm sure).
Under the label "everyone is brainwashed except me", comes Sheehan's latest:

I have been silent on the Gold Star Moms who still support this man and his war by saying that they deserve the right to their opinions because they are in as much pain as I am. I would challenge them, though, at this point to start thinking for themselves. Iraq DID NOT have WMD's; Iraq WAS NOT linked to Al Qaeda and 9/11; Iraq WAS NOT a threat or danger to America. How can these moms who still support George Bush and his insane war in Iraq want more innocent blood shed just because their sons or daughters have been killed? I don't understand it. I don't understand how any mother could want another mother to feel the pain we feel. I am starting to lose a little compassion for them. I know they have been as brainwashed as the rest of America, but they know the pain and heartache and they should not wish it on another. However, I still feel their pain so acutely and pray for these "continue the murder and mayhem" moms to see the light.

This is responsible dissent?
But that's part of the problem isn't it? Sheehan is not being held to any standard that draws a line or says "hey, that's out of bounds". She's been left to pitch a public fit because she's distraut about losing her son, and only her grief is apparently properly founded. Speak out against her over the top rhetoric and you're called insensitive, uncaring, and unfeeling
What about these other mothers? "Murder and mayhem moms"? "Brainwashed"? Is that acceptable?
And watch, not a word of what she said will appear in the flood of media coverage Ms. Sheehan will continue to enjoy.
Meanwhile sites like Aljazeera.com com happily feast on the dissent Sheehan's small band has fomented.
