OT - Politics I too live in a divided house - me conservative D and my wife liberal R. We will cancel each other again. The main thing that we both want is for it to be over (without the extra innings of 4 years ago). We live in a battle-ground state and are sick of the ads. The parties, candidates, and supporters are all "over-the-top." It has been interesting to follow several other boards where I always feel in the minority. The Gilder tech board is full of Bush supporters and theprofiteers.com is full of Kerry supporters. Both boards are incredible in their attacks on the other candidate. For better or worse, I think it goes back to the personal disgust that many R's feel about Clinton. The D's seem to what to punish Bush with the same vigor. JMO.
