Women carry all sorts of instruments to thwart an attacker.....pepper spray, brass knuckles, guns. Problem is finding time to get to their purses to fish them out. Huh Hmmmmmm! Excuse me mr deranged predator man ~ could you give me a minute to find my protective device before you kill, maim, rob, beat, rape me? Gee! Thanks! Educate.......what's that? And who does it? And where and when? At home with Momma and Poppa? School? Church? You can't force people to love, nurture and discipline their sons. That is quite evident. Not with all the feelings and money in the world. Also, people have learned that building cities at, or below, sea level is not necessarily a good idea. No kidding! But watch them rebuild NO and be witness to the insanity and stupidness. People continue to live in Taupo [a caldera in New Zealand] and many other places, waiting for nature to come around to them. People are abandoning large cities and finding jewels on the coasts and inland that have been sparsely populated. It's happening here and all down the west coast to Roseburg Or. They don't mind the occasional storm from the nor'-west, flooding and earthquake. They come believing they will find a better life......peace and security and beauty. But the dead beats follow and these newcomers inadvertently end up facing what they've left and play as much a role in degrading the environment. Can't stop them.........it's just life. M PS: LOLOLOL My husband's first response was the same as yours when he read the article. I just made me laugh and laugh. ;)
