Frankly, thats my only criticism in the way this matter is being overseen. To allow rampant crime to exist is outrageous. The DIDNT shoot the scum that is making miserable peoples lives even more miserable and hampering the rescue and supply efforts NOW the SCUM is shooting the law enforcement using the weapons they stole from Sports Authority and other places. That was IMHO another example of being PC causing big problems. jdn
