As a former recruiter... its gonna be tough... not only because of the Supreme Court ruling... but its obvious that interesting, intelligent, well informed people aren't going to be locating in those areas so it'l be a downward spiral of... less talent interested because of repressionary laws... leading to less interesting, intelligent, well informed people... leading to a less interesting culture... like people will be leaving Austin, a hip city in a stunted state... leading to less interesting, intelligent, well informed coders... leading to less interesting, intelligent, well informed people... leading to a less interesting culture... leading to less interesting, intelligent, well informed people... leading to a less interesting culture... Should be good for home prices... though... and prison workers... maybe you'll get an influx of prison qualified guards... that should stimulate the economy eh? Lots of talented well educated prison guards. Like DWAC is only down 75% in 3 months... if they can recruit some of those prison... er coders they should be able to get their P/E up from a huge negative value... it'll soar.
