I think it does but I do believe that you are reading too much into the trading volume. If you have a better explanation then more power to you. The only reason I mentioned NN at all was to point out that not all networking stocks are trading well below yearly highs. But while I'm at it I can tell you for a fact that when Newbridge traded on the Nasdaq it was one of the top volume traders day after day. This is no longer true on the NYSE.
