Al Frank is one of the best at identifying undervalued small cap companies with growth potential - just an awesome record compared to most (then again he leverages everything, which increases the risk - but the value based strategy lowers such risks to some extent).

I had looked at NTAIF and the warrants but had written it off due to concerns about China and the CFO they replaced after a brief stint with the company if I recall.

The fact that Frank likes this rekindles my interest.
