Consolidation and absorbtion of new offering will finish up Monday. Next week will close above 47. Sorry, the offering has only been filed for. It hasn't yet happened so therefore can't be absorbed on Monday. This isn't to say that the stock won't go to 47, just that it won't for the reason you're saying it will.
