Patrick, No chance for gsm or playstion2 this year. Probably spring / summer 99 is my guess. Playstation 2 will not be a 64 bit system, but it will be dvd based. i am still hoping that Montgomery is wrong about the mpu design win going to toshiba. If lsi can keep that part PLUS the dvd controller then filling Gresham stage 1 will be easy. However, LSI will have to talk about it in no uncertain terms in order for some of the fear around that startup to be alleviated. My guess is the call will be long on promise and short on delivery yet again, so some specificity is required if they want to keep the price in this range. They haven't shown that they think too much about shareholders interests yet, but I am hoping the 23rd will be the beginning of a change.
