This merger is a thing of beauty. Not only is it a perfect technological fit, but it is also the wake up call the market needs to value these stocks reasonably. By locking the deal at the 1:1.75 ratio, the zero-sum game you get with a lot of mergers is out of the question.

This deal shows near-genius business savvy on the part of COMS/USRX management. I think it is almost guaranteed that these stocks return to historical multiples. I am very impressed with managment.
