Hey Lew, nice story about the fortune cookie. Patience is certainly the key IMO. I've kicked myself a few times for taking profits (WAY!) too early - should have stayed in some shares for YEARS, not months. But it's a tough lesson to learn, I agree. I'm determined to hold my IPM until the property has produced for a few years - why sell, what else will I find that's better to buy over a 5-10 year timeframe? I've been preaching "patience" on this thread since I joined it - love your comments about day-to-day trading of the stock (i.e. you don't give a damn - nor do I ...) IMO, if one wants to get rich quickly (or go broke just as quickly), go try the futures market. It teaches you the beauty of having time on your side (NO margin calls with IPM!!)
