My sister works for management at Boeing. She is very afraid of crossing the line. A friend of hers....who also works in management......crossed the line during the last strike. She had a sign in her car window that said she was salaried, but that didn't stop the goons from surrounding her car, rocking it and throwing stones. Security stepped in, but frightening none the less.

One machinist with 6 kids and a wife crossed the line during the same strike and his home was torched.
