Tom, all I'll look around for a trancript of the AG speech this weekend and will post it if I find it...he talks about the possibility of a surplus in coming years and the need to fund SS from any surplus, plus the need to fill the gap from private investment. We'll probably see a nice correction around the fifteenth of April as people sell off assets to pay their taxes, what a clever pay to generate a surplus to pay off Social Security! (Rob from the rich and give to the poor...)
