Internals are not acting well for this current move the last 2 weeks. Shorts getting squeezed everyday since monday on what look like bad numbers. AXP, COF, MSFT, F these were all bad but market continues to squeeze. I am getting giddy about the next move. I see rotation out of Financials and into Energy which tells me we could go above the SPX 870 to the 920 area but based on the volume yesterday I give this a 20% chance the next 2 weeks to break the box up. 870 still looks like a top to me. I like shorting the most extended areas of market and Financials and Real estate are my favorites. I am watching the OSX for an entry to short but will watch for a roll over in BKX/XLF before I step into the energy complex. If we melt up, it will probably be with the energy complex and oil breaking $52 to the 55 area.
