Kevin, You're correct on both counts. Intel came up with the Intercast idea as enabling marketing avenues for Intel machines. The core technology for getting and translating the VBI data from TV signals into TV signal and content is from WAVO. Intercast is a superset of this functionality. It involved other things like the protocol between datacasters, and the end clients. Microsoft completes the picture by putting this software into the OS so that we can get WaveTop on every machine that has 98.
