I have been successful in business because I look at things primarily from the standpoint of the customer. Now, don't get me wrong, I'm no Saint. At $100 an hour (on average)), the more money I make the merrier I feel. However, if I can't help someone, I tell them right away and don't charge them. Moreover, I recently had a senior citizen who was stuck (for 4 months) on this online English course. He told me he was on fixed income and couldn't afford my rates. I told him I'll help him at half price. I came down in price because I wanted to treat the guy right and make him feel special. I have plenty of opportunities to jack my price up for those who can easily afford it. So, why not be nice to the guy and help him out. I'm sensitive in that way because I love people.

I'm a humanist to ALL people:
