I've been following the LGCY thread, but not DCTC. And I've never made any attempt to do research on either company, so I really don't have an opinion.

As I indicated in that post, I think it might have made everyone's life easier had Zwebner simply responded to the questions that had been raised--either on the thread or privately--but there may be issues involved of which I'm unaware.
