Did you see that an insider (Albert Duffield - Sr. VP & Dir.) filed yesterday to sell 200,000 shares of PSFT? It was reported over NewsTraders this a.m.
As you most likely already know, insiders selling when buyout rumors are floating makes the rumor highly unlikely.
