US Supreme Court decides CO2 is a pollutant

If the current court can toss Roe v Wade (which I don't much care about, one way or the other) then they can reverse that idiotic and ridiculous CO2 decision (which was 5 to 4, if memory serves). Anyone with an IQ north of room temperature or without a political agenda, knows that CO2 is not a pollutant..
