Ellis: We went through that earlier this year during the earlier warrants, and the company engineered then the price rise necessary to "force" conversion and thus raise the money they needed to continue. Are you implying that the recent run up was "engineered" as well for, in essence the same purpose? You are not doubting the reports that the actual assays on the samples taken earlier and assayed at about .044 otp and now at about .3 otp (same samples), even if BD did not sign on these new assays, are you? This management would not do such a thing, or, are you implying that when financial survival is at stake, they could indeed engineer such a rise?
