The standard you cited in the article, requiring at least 2 chad corners removed, would clearly violate the legal standards.

No it would not clearly violate FL law.

One corner removed and dimpled chad are legal votes according to Florida courts.

Maybe according to a specific court decision but nothing in FL law says anything like "dimpled chads must be counted as votes" . Even the FL Supreme court decision didn't say that dimples have to be counted it just said that the recounts will continue.
