"I keep telling myself I post too much, and that I should cut back.. But much of my posting is kinda selfish...intended to benefit ME maybe more than anybody else."

You may benefit because it does force the idea to a point where it can be explained. It also helps me and others like me, who are looking for the thought processes of others. Ways to see things outside of our viewpoint. I look much more for thinking patterns than specific stock ideas. It is very important to see as much of the landscape as possible, from the very many different angles and views. Individuals often see the world through their own specific viewpoint and do not grasp other forces that are exerted in the world. I want to understand as many views as possible. I want to know why someone may be buying or selling when I am doing the opposite. I look for the views that are diametrically opposed to mine. Gives me perspective. Helps my see from a different angle. Gives me an opportunity to integrate new thoughts, ideas and angles into my own viewpoint. I believe this makes me not only a better trader but a better person.

Thanks for sharing as you do.
