I don't think you are going to find your answers here. Why don't you email Bill Carraway at gnro@awod.com and ask him yourself. This address is to one of his people who then fax the message to him.. If you include your address I'm sure that he will be happy to give you a call and then you can stop with the negativity.
I personally don't care if Bill Carraway gave himself 1,000,000 shares for free as it happened back when the company was private. All that I know is how forthright he has been with me, and believe me, my friend Marty and I put him through hell for over 1 1/2 hours one night on a conference call.
This company would not exist if it wasn't for him and paying expenses out of his own pocket during the past 14 months. I don't know what steps you've taken to find out the information that you're seeking, but if you haven't e-mailed Bill personally, or preferably received satisfation by calling Spencer Maus at 847-266-2055, then I will bring it up myself in the future with them. I can't do all of your research for you. And you can't judge this company solely based on its "performance" or lack thereof over the past 24 months. It was defunst for 14 of those and has only been public since April when their shares became eligible for public trading. They never had an IPO from what I understand. They just became public. Where these records (10K,Q) are I don't know. However, I don't believe they have violated any regulations, laws, etc... or they wouldn't be here.
Call the representatives, Bill. And then come back and tell us what they told you. It is time to change the subject. I hate it when we can't stop tripping over minutiae when the bigger picture of potential earnings will make your entire argument moot within the next 6-9 months.
