Art,

I used AOL probably 50 hours in December and was charged the proper amount. Where people probably got confussed was uping their usage at the time of the announcement. AOL announced their new plan in early November, and if people increased their usage before December l, they were charged the normal useage fee on their November bill. Furthermore, there's a page on AOL that states exactly how much you owe them as of that minute. So no one can get cheated unless they cheat themselves.

Let's quit bashing AOL. They are working really hard to provide a great service to people at a reasonable price.
