Scionist, I don't think he can answer that question, but it's starting to look like he is acknowledging that the increase in AS and Outstanding Shares might be a contributing factor to the dilution and decline in price. Could also help people to consider this stock as a good short candidate as well. RE: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ It probably is true that increasing the A/S and issuing a large block of shares is like waving a "come and get it" flag to shorts who see the ownership dilution and "pile on" to drive the stock down. Still, if such activity is organized, it still qualifies as a Bear Raid and thus my statement stands. I believe that shortly we will get a better view into the reasons for the A/S and O/S increases.
