The long-suffering shareholders of this company are finally in a position to cash out due to the franchise value achieved by the CDNW/NTKI combination and MANAGEMENT has SCREWED the shareholders for their own self-interest. They gave away the store for a pittance, going into the start of the Holiday shopping season with the largest online music presence and greatest webreach. This Holiday season is going to be a blockbuster for web sales. The unique position/franchise that this company holds is worth three times the 26 percent of a crappy merged entity that was "negotiated" by the gutless management. I will revisit in four to six months and we will discuss where things are at that time versus where they could have been!!
