I would not hold my breath waiting for an explanation from the zen board or office as quite frankly I believe they vue the retail shareholders as a thorn in their side , not to be recognized. The CCB crew are certainly basking in glory at the present time and certainly crowing about it , regardless of how they got to .33--.34 ,if I were holding CCB I would feel pretty good as well . ( I do not own any CCB)
