bosquedog I've been having the problem since the day they introduced the new and improved streamer. About a month ago, I think. I thought I had saved the email from support at work but didn't. I tried searching ms knowledgebase for the page datek linked me to but so far...nada. Yes, they suggested netscape. I've tried streamer without ZA running but that did not eliminate my problem.
