Jerry Thanks for your interest. Running Win98 SE sp1, IE Version 5.50.4522.1800 and sp1. Followed instructions on this page via a phone call to datek a few minutes ago. support.microsoft.com After manually uninstalling MS Virtual, I downloaded and installed build 3319. Streamer still crashes. SI streamer and ask research streamers work fine. Datek support is well aware of the problem but apparently unable to get a fix? tc
