Yes he is. I voted against him in a close election last time and every election in the past and will continue to do so. I fill out the census as a blind hispanic so they think I'm a Democrat for gerrymandering districts. Every Republican should do so. Only way to unseat the clowns. The Republican candiate was an honest straight veteran. Jim Moran is a career loser and he buys all his cars at Jack Taylor Alexandria Toyota. My deck overlooks the dealership next door. I knew some of the salesman and they call is car the roach coach when he brings it in for service. It's basically disgusting, so if voters think they are voting for a winner, he care of his auto tells the real story.
