Depends on agreement...

We need to see the written terms of the agreement between the private placer and WAVX. If the new preferred shares are "floorless" shares without any restrictive convenant, then the manipulative shorting games can indeed go on.

All I can says is that RegD financing is not as smelly as RegS, which is usually done offshore.
