Hi Margaret, yes, butter is great. Just don't go overboard. A little dab will do it ( I did not want to use the whole Simpson jargon :-) on cooked veggies and homebaked bread. gg. I am still using some of the promise margarine though, but not your 0% fat kind. I am also using canola oil when the olive taste is not called for. Yes, I cannot complain how things are good to me at times. I wish I had more birthdays without getting older and I should come back more often, but things are not too great when I am gone, so it's a toss up. My portfolio was great when I left but is now not so great. A continuing tech rally will do it. Ok, I'll better get off. Things will not get done by themselves around here and there is lots of work to be done. Ouch, I'll rather stay on the net. Sonny
