It's Netscape 4.6. For some reason, after I upgraded to 4.6 at work, the default flipper defaulted to "plain" instead of "communicator". Changing the URL to "communicator" does not seem to have the desirable effect. I guess either you have to use IE or downgrade to 4.5. I know I will have to do that.

Edit: I saw that you have found the workaround. I'll dig further to see what's in 4.6 that triggered that behavior.
