Stitch, your shopping experience report leaves me with the stong feeling that we still are firmly in the "bleak news" period...

I wish we received more such reports from other places in Asia like Tokyo or Singapur. I find it a bit hard to believe that SI does not reach out to other metropolises in SEA.

tom provides good reports from Indonesia, but if any of you have business colleagues or friends in Japan or Shanghai or Taiwan or so, please ask them to brief us occasionally. That would be great!
