I have emailed Robert Manning suggesting that instead of a US IPO that they they float in the UK on the back of the Freeserve valuation and also to raise their profile in the UK and Europe. I will post his response.

The value of each subscriber has been rising quickly. From memory Scottish Power paid approx £350 per head for an ISP last year. The valuation for Freeserve is 4 or 5 times that.
