This is minor and your're likely to never see the case arise, but you should consider changing the logic restraints to:
Enter long: ... >= -140 and ... < -140
Exit long: ... <= 140 and ... > 140

In the unlikely event you had sequential days = 140 or = -140 you'd get multiple exits/buys.
