Amy, re: Wow, this is absolutely fabulous news. I agree. It seems like Itanium went from maybe being the high end platform of the future to almost certainly being the platform of the future. My WAG is that the significant revenue and profit stream is still one to two years away. (If anyone has a better guess, I would appreciate it). Wonder what they are thinking at Sun? AMD can fight it's current battles for the desktop and mobile, but Sun is clearly in the crosshairs. They can't be feeling comfortable. Now if Intel could figure a way to make a penny on a dollar from their "other" business revenue, I would have a great deal of confidence in this companies future. John
