It certainly is not very important to individual investors and really not all that important to most mutual funds. I mean Swift is certainly and has been big enough for awhile to be a low side mid cap sort of investment. nly the biggest boys would need to feel like 1 B gives them more liquidity, and seeing as how we have already had Fidelity and others as institutional investors here for a while, I'm not sure it would be alllll that big a deal, but it certainly doesn't hurt on the margin. Just would not over blow it. Truth
