that explians evertything..she's a lawyer<gg> you would think lawyers would know how to get what they want. I 'll bet you 100 doolars right now if she is using the cpq for legal work then she bot the wrong cpq and the wrong scanner, and worong printer. it's a sure bet on my part if you take me up on this... lawyers cannot use the std. equipment that regular users have and buy. and the dealer doesn't know beans about pcs. what pc and scanner and printer does she have. ??????????????? if you want to help your friend , get a response to the questions.
