To all: does anyone have the Deputy Minister's speech?

The recent speech by Dr. Maduna to the Assembly makes repeated references to the issue of mineral rights. However, SUF announced in the conference call today that there's additional information in the Deputy Minister's speech. Presumably that's available ... the Minister's speech was sent to me on the same day that I asked for it. Certainly throws the mineral rights issue into perspective. Anyone have the relevant material from the Deputy Minister's speech? The references in the Minister's speech to the long term objectives of the State, and the provisional measures dealing with mineral rights are certainly interesting!

Gull: I repeat that I have no desire to discuss the personal tragedy to which you refer. If you have an issue with why SUF didn't announce it, and feel it was appropriate for them to do so, then phone them and tell them.
