Can anyone direct me to, or provide info on the "class action suit?" YOu all don't seem to be buzzing about it here, I just bought BMCS at 19, not knowing anything except that it was off 70 something %, and I was bottom feeding, now am worried that I should lock in profits before a law suit. Comments? BSG
