A load of information... On my Win98 CD, a file RK98BOOK.CHM can be found in the Resource Kit folder. (Reskit) When I click on this file in Explorer, I get a window that looks like HELP, but with different stuff available. There is one big load of info here. Perhaps you could look at it (Win98) or see if an equivalent is available with Win2000. I'm hardware challenged, which means that beyond giving the system a whack with my fist, I don't know much about it. (Did you whack your monitor?) Maybe others can help more. Cheers, PW.
