Joe; [WEDX] just filed an IPO to sell $80 M worth of shares of their pharmaceutical division, of which they will owm 60%, giving them over $40M, The subsidiary will also use their proceeds to pay down longterm debt it owes to [WEDX]. Sounds like [WEDX] will be swimming in cash.IFIRE division is also doing a flat panel Demo in Vegas in January. Seems like lots of news happening.
