Interesting comment regarding Oracle partnerships. My understanding is that Oracle is not going to try to compete in DRP/logistics/supply chain. They have been dating Manugistics heavily until now. We'll have to see how "evenhanded" Oracle will be towards ITWO vs. MANU.

I also noted that Oracle's marketing of sales/marketing/support automation played up SFA. It seems Oracle is more interested in competing with Siebel (in SFA) than VNTV (in support). I think there are many residual good feelings at Oracle towards Mr. Luongo. Also, Oracle probably perceives SFA to be a more under-served sector.

Mr. Farber, I agree that VNTV has pulled away somewhat from CLFY and SCOP. However, IMO those companies are still viable competitors and are very attractively priced (at $200 million valuations) right now.
