Loren - I have been trying to find out how many shares were issued to Tom Neiman myself and agree...it is an indicator. I was told by a friend doing DD that Neiman had got a "large" stock option, between 10-30 million shares. If this is true, and I welcome anyone who might talk directly the company confirming or denying this, it would certainly seem that Neiman would be committed! Also, as I understand it, he may not sell these shares just any old time, but I do not know what the exact restrictions are. Again, I would welcome any additional information. Charger
