StockHawk-NBTY Thank you for your response. There are some who feel that NBTY will succumb to the 2+2=11 syndrome (too rapid expansion + too much debt = chapt.11). I am not one of them and admittedly made a mistake comparing NBTY to Boston Chicken. IMHO they will continue to experience growing pains in the near term, I think the price is currently propped up by the buy-back and will drop to a lower trading range once it has been completed. The CEO certainly put all his cards on the table in the last CC, stating weakness could continue into 2000. Having said that, I DO agree with you that NBTY is a good investment...I just wonder if the time to buy might be 6 mo's down the road. Good trading to you! G.
