To: John Yellich and Alan Doyle, From: Doug A K If you'r helping in this shareholders activity to pay off the chapter 11 debt plan so the dirt can remain with the shareholders, then there are shareholders that want to join in, but will not until they hear from the IPM Company. No time for a postal letter thru the mail, it has to be done now at the IPM.COM web site. This could be a deciding factor in the success or not. Thanks Doug
