Thanks for the post...I was wondering if I was missing something. I agree with you that indications are that SGI is or soon will be porting Alias/Wavefront to NT -- I think that they are increasingly losing sales on SGI hardware to SoftImage because of their lack of ability to run on both SGI and PC/NT. I just wanted to make sure that I hadn't missed any official announcement from SGI concerning porting Alias/Wavefront to NT.
