In fact, the 600,000 share filing from May has apparently come and gone without a sale, and the most recent 600,00 share filing is probably those same shares. >> I'll bet not, but I admit I'm not up on all the ins and outs of insider filings. I do know that a _lot_ of "proposals to sell" are not followed by statements of sales...but then some time later the numbers of shares indicates the sale went through. Some holders of a stock sell the same day or within a few days of the "proposal," from my perusal of the insider trading pages. In any case, the _second_ 600K shares is presumably not a repeat of the first 600K. I'm wiling to bet they're getting out completely...and may already have done so. More research should turn up the details. --Tim May
